Transformative Therapy Invites the Mind & Body
My approach is informed by attachment theory, somatic healing, mindfulness and neuroscience. Where we go will depend on your unique needs and goals.
Reconnect with your true self
Making the decision to start therapy is an act of courage. I believe in your inherent worth and your innate ability to move toward health and wholeness. I see my role as a partner in uncovering and uprooting the barriers to your natural growth. My therapeutic approach is holistic and relationship-oriented. I provide an environment of openness, curiosity, and safety to allow exploration of anything you bring into therapy. I deeply respect your individual change process and believe that lasting change requires time and care.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety is a natural and wise response. It’s our body’s way of alerting us to potential danger and helping us survive. It’s an essential part of being human.
But sometimes, anxiety lingers beyond what’s helpful. It becomes a constant presence that disrupts your daily life. You might logically know there’s no immediate threat, yet your body feels tense, your stomach knots, your breath shortens or your heart races. In moments of overwhelm, panic attacks can occur, making you feel completely out of control.
I’m here to help you uncover the roots of your anxiety and guide you in building inner resources to find safety and calm within yourself. Together, we’ll work toward reclaiming peace in both your mind and body.
Relationship Therapy
The quality of our lives is deeply shaped by the quality of our relationships. As social beings, we’re wired for connection, love and belonging.
Relationships can bring profound meaning and joy — yet they also open us to pain, hurt, and disappointment. That’s part of being human. No one has relationships perfectly, but through self-awareness and intention, we can create deeper, more satisfying connections.
If you find yourself stuck in painful patterns or longing for more from your relationships, I can help you uncover the beliefs and templates that keep you from experiencing true closeness and understanding. Together, we’ll work toward healing and connection that nourishes your heart and soul.
Personal Growth Therapy
Do you feel like there’s something more waiting for you? Like you’re playing it safe, held back by fear, judgment, shame or low self-esteem?
In today’s fast-paced, digital world, it’s easy to get caught in comparison traps and overwhelm, losing sight of your own unique gifts and desires.
Together, with gentle curiosity and mindful awareness, we’ll uncover who you truly are beneath the noise. You’ll learn to step into your fullest, most vibrant self and live a life that feels meaningful and true.
