I’m Shardé — a licensed therapist, woman, and wholehearted guide for women who want to feel deeply seen, understood, and supported as they face life’s challenges and transformations.

I came to this work through my own struggles and journey toward growth and wholeness. I know firsthand how therapy can truly transform your life.

As a woman and therapist, I get it — the love and responsibility you carry for yourself and those around you, the exhaustion, the fear of not being enough and the longing to feel whole and truly yourself again. My approach is warm, non-judgmental and deeply human. I meet you where you are and hold space for your true self to emerge.

I combine mindful, somatic and relational therapy rooted in evidence-based approaches like Hakomi and AEDP to help you:
