CHECKING IN

The feeling you can’t name (but know too well)

You look “fine” on the outside.

But inside, you’re holding a lot:

• The mental load

• The emotional labor

• The pressure to be the strong one

• The loneliness no one sees

• The guilt of wanting more support

• The exhaustion of having no space for yourself

If you’re here, you’re probably tired of:

performing, pleasing, overfunctioning, doing everything “right” and still feeling overwhelmed.

You’re craving something else now.

You’re in the right place.

HOW I CAN HELP

Tailored support that actually gets you

Request Intro Call
  • On the outside, you look capable and calm.

On the inside, your mind never stops.

    • constant overthinking

    • tension in your body

    • always “on” and alert

    • guilt when you slow down

    • carrying more than people realize

High-functioning anxiety is quiet but exhausting.

In therapy, we slow your system down and help you build regulation from the inside out. Together we explore the patterns that keep you in overdrive and create new ways of coping that feel grounded, supportive and sustainable.

This is where you learn to feel calm without having to work so hard for it.

  • Motherhood changes everything. Your schedule, your body, your relationships, your sense of self.

It’s beautiful and overwhelming, often at the same time.

    Maybe you’re navigating:

    • losing pieces of yourself

    • guilt for wanting more space

    • feeling disconnected from your partner

    • the mental load and constant overstimulation

    • identity shifts you didn’t expect

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

In therapy, we make space for the honest parts of motherhood: the tenderness, the frustration, the grief and the growth. We explore who you’re becoming, what you need, and how to feel more grounded and present in your life again.

This is where you come home to yourself while caring for others.

  • Your relationships shape so much of how safe, seen and connected you feel.

But when old patterns show up, it can feel confusing and lonely.

    Maybe you notice:

    • shutting down when things get hard

    • feeling “too much” or “not enough”

    • overgiving or overfunctioning

    • anxiety when you’re not understood

    • longing for deeper connection

These patterns aren’t flaws. They’re protections your younger self learned.

In therapy, we explore the roots of these dynamics and create new ways of relating that feel secure, honest and supportive. You learn how to express your needs, set boundaries and build relationships that nourish you instead of draining you.

This is where you stop surviving connection and start experiencing it.

THE PROCESS

Honoring your pace

1

START WITH A CONVERSATION

The first step is simply talking. A quiet, honest conversation about what’s on your heart and mind (including the things you’ve been holding without support).

2

TAILORED THERAPY PLAN

Together we map out what your system actually needs. Not a one-size-fits-all approach, but a plan that reflects you: your patterns, your nervous system, your goals and your life.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Real change comes from steady support. I stay with you as things shift; regulating, processing, growing your capacity and celebrating every win. You’re not doing this alone.

ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Shardé

A therapist for women who feel everything.

I see therapy as a real relationship. Two humans in a room, slowing down enough to notice what’s actually happening inside you.

I’m a therapist, yes, but also a person who knows what it’s like to carry things quietly, to feel overwhelmed, to find your way back piece by piece.

My work is rooted in connection.
When someone finally sits with you, attunes to you, and doesn’t rush your process, something softens.
Patterns make more sense.
Your body stops bracing.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Here, you get to be met, held and understood in a way that creates real change.

Let’s work together in a space built on connection and presence. I believe healing happens when you’re truly met, when someone sits with you, listens deeply and helps your system feel safe enough to shift. In our work, you’ll have room to feel, understand, and transform the patterns that once protected you. You get to be supported, cared for and not alone with it anymore.
